Washing Your Cat
Shake bottle before using. Starting behind your cat's ears, saturate coat with lukewarm water (not too hot). Keep water out of your cat's eyes and ears.
Pour shampoo into your palm and create a lather by gently massaging into your cat's coat. Add more shampoo as needed. Rinse thoroughly, then rinse again.
Follow with Flawless Finish Coat Conditioner and Shine-On + Sheen Coat Spray for maximum pampering and protection. Dry cat as desired.

I like the fact that the product is all natural. It does have to be applied regularly through the day though until you get to the required results and then periodic applications.
